Protection the innocent that cannot speak for themselves
My life has value!
Six decades ago a teenage girls suddenly died. This young women was the oldest of five siblings. Something horrible happened and this now mid teenage girl could no longer live in her home. Now, a homeless runaway, she made bad decision and ended up an unwed homeless mom of a beautiful daughter. One year later and this homeless mom is longer a teen but, without direction she found herself in the same situation again, now an unwed, homeless, mom who is pregnant again with me. This mom had choices in 1965 and fortunately for me Michigan law limited one. My bio-mom could keep me or give me to another loving couple to raise as their own. I thank GOD Ellen, chose the latter and I the GOD Michigan values life.
Michigan's Constitution couldn't be more clear;
"Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of themselves and the State"
Although I enjoyed shooting sports as a teenager, I didn't become a pro-gun advocate until about the mid 1980's. I was vice chairman of an organization called Southeastern Oakland County Gun Owners Association. We along with many other groups around Michigan made it our mission to change our concealed pistol license laws from "may issue", which meant an unelected board had the power to determine who could or could not carry a gun for their protection which is directly contrary to our constitution.
The law was eventually changed too "shall issue", which put the burden on the government to prove you shouldn't be allowed to carry concealed.
Penny and I have had our concealed pistol licenses ever since.
The Crider's have been proven to be fighters for our constitutional rights to keep and bear arms.
Penny and I, have been involved in overseeing the absentee ballot count process in Wayne County for many years and we have always left the venue disillusioned by what we witnessed. We have personally witnessed individuals engaged in voter fraud and watched as the cheater received less than a slap on the wrist when it was proven the cheater had committed fraud by the AV count supervisor.
We have personally witnessed a sealed and verified locked ballot box, that should have contained 306 ballots within the box per the official count book for that ballot box, to find only 50 ballots inside.
We have photos of blank ballots being distributed out of the back of a warehouse in an alley on election day of 2020. These ballots were laying on the ground and being shoved into the trunk of an unofficial vehicles.
America, Michiganders and Wayne County residents, we deserve better!
The Crider's will be fighter's for fair, secure and transparent election process that will severely punish those that game the system and thereby cancel out those that play by the rules.
Win or lose we must be able to trust the results.
36 years ago, Penny and I, had a personal friend who's child was severely vaccine injured and after a year of battling to save her life she went to be with the Lord from this vaccine injury.
The vaccine that was used was proven to be the cause of this terrible tragedy. At this time Penny and I sought out alternative health care to supplement our traditional family doctor. We met Dr. Randy Tent located in Novi, a doctor who practices holistic medicine. In the years to come what meant to be a supplement to our traditional medical care has become our primary medical doctor supplemented by traditional medical care when needed.
Our experience with the horrible Side effectsand untimely death of our friends child made us vaccine hesitant. Our experience made us research and pick and choose what we allowed injected into our bodies and the body of our child. Penny and I will fight to allow everyone in Michigan to make medical decisions that they choose are best for them. Some may choose traditional medical care, others strictly a holistic approach, and one like us will choose a blend of the two. I am happy to say that Dr. Tent has kept Penny and I prescription free since 1983.
Vaccine mandates, simple answer absolutely NO. I will never allow a person to be forced to inject anything into their body to fully enjoy the freedoms given to them by Nature's God and protected by our constitution. We have seen first hand a friend lose their livelihood after giving over 3 decades as a faithful employee in a local hospital system only to be terminated because of a medical choice they made.
I will boldly stand for those who deserve the right to choose the medical care they decide is best for their body. In this circumstance it truly is a case of "my body my choice".
Although I have nothing but respect for those who have chosen to be professional educators, I suspect some have entered this profession with social activism as their motivation. I'm a skilled tradesman and I'm actively involved in the hiring and firing of employee's, I can tell you, we have failed education our children. I cannot find a graduate that can preform basic trade math. These graduates, have not been taught, how to visualize something and draw a pictorial representation so others can see what they see in their minds eye.
Penny and I are products of the public education system, we graduated form Livonia Clarenceville, and Penny's dad was a teacher for the Oak Park public school district after his three years of service in WWII in the pacific theater.
The Crider's will be fighter's for parents rights. Parents should have the right to choose the style and content of teaching their child recipes. We will not allow public dollars to come with strings attached. Each system of education must be able to freely teach our children the way the parents and district see fit with proven results.
I have worked in the construction industry for four decades next year. My job is to build systems that, when built right, the public will never see, feel, or hear but, they can't live without. Traditional politicians love building for show while sacrificing what is most important, the substrates and infrastructure that cannot be seen. I will fight to uphold best practices when it comes to roads and infrastructure construction with a true understanding of what it takes to provide a quality end product. A product that will last and be an asset for future investment in our communities.
